Online Seminar Terms & Conditions

1. Registration & Confirmation

• Registration is confirmed only after full payment is received.

• The date on your registration form is the official registration date.

• This is a live, small-group online seminar. Places are limited to support interaction, so please register only if you are confident you can attend.

• After registration, you will receive a confirmation email.

2. Payment & Invoicing

• An invoice will be issued once the minimum number of registrations is reached.

• Payment can be made via bank transfer to the bank account listed on the invoice. 

• Transfers from non-European bank accounts may take several days. To secure your place in the seminar, please email proof of payment to info@orit-zilberman.com.

• Registration and participation are confirmed only after full payment has been received.​​​

3. Limited Places

• Spots are reserved only after full payment is received.

• Places are strictly limited to maintain a high-quality, interactive seminar experience.

4. Participant Cancellations

• Full refunds (minus any transfer or transaction fees) are available up to three weeks before the seminar.

• No refunds will be issued after this date, including for non-attendance or partial attendance.

5. Organiser Cancellations or Postponements

• The organiser may cancel or postpone the seminar due to illness, emergency, or significant technical issues.

• In such cases, a new date will be offered.

• If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, a refund will be provided minus any transfer fees.

• The organiser is not responsible for any indirect losses due to cancellations or postponements.

 

6. Access, Recordings & Materials

• Zoom access links will be emailed one day before each session.

• Participants must have a functioning camera during live sessions.

• Sessions may be recorded for the organiser’s internal use only. Recordings are not shared with participants.

• Presentation handouts will be emailed after the first two sessions and after the final sessions.

7. Technical Responsibility

• Participants are responsible for:

  • Reliable internet access

  • Suitable devices

  • Updated software and Zoom setup

• No refunds will be issued for missed sessions due to individual technical problems.

 

8. Intellectual Property

• All seminar content—including presentations, recordings, handouts, and teaching materials—remains the intellectual property of Orit Zilberman.

• Recording, copying, sharing, or distributing content without written permission is prohibited.

 

9. CPD Requirements

To receive CPD hours, participants must:

1. Attend all required live sessions

2. Complete the assessment quiz

3. Achieve a minimum score of 80%

• CPD certificates will be issued after successful completion.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

• Personal data is collected only for seminar administration, communication, and CPD reporting.

• Data will not be shared with third parties and is handled according to EU privacy regulations (GDPR).
